Welcome to Chun Fun How 春芳號, a charming little gem nestled at 5 Artillery Row in London. This delightful café introduces a refreshing twist on traditional Taiwanese bubble tea, offering a tantalizing blend of flavors that take you straight to the heart of Taiwan's tea culture. If you're seeking an authentic bubble tea experience, look no further.

At Chun Fun How, the menu is a celebration of both innovative creations and timeless classics. Let’s dive into some highlights that caught my attention:

  • Yakult Series: One standout that I savored was the Peach Yakult (Large)—a refreshing mix of ripe peaches and the tangy goodness of Yakult, perfectly blended into a delightful Jade Tea. Priced at just £5.60, it’s a fruity pick-me-up that tantalizes the taste buds.
  • Osmanthus Oolong Tea Latte: This luxurious drink combines premium Oolong tea with the floral essence of Osmanthus, creating a divine aroma and flavor profile. Recommended for those who appreciate the subtleties of tea, this beverage (from £6.30) is a warm embrace in a cup.
  • Snack Highlights: Broaden your palate with the Ham & Double Cheese with Honey Mustard Toasties, a comforting treat featuring a melt-in-your-mouth combination of Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses for only £4.90. Or perhaps try the Tempura Prawn served with sweet chili sauce, which is simply irresistible at £3.90.

Seasonal specials like the Honey Jasmine Oat Milk Tea showcase their commitment to delightful and healthy options, available for £5.60. With plenty of varieties—from fruit-flavored teas to caffeine-free options—there's something for everyone, catering to every taste and preference.

The ambiance at Chun Fun How is equally captivating. The décor reflects a blend of modern aesthetics and traditional Taiwanese charm, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for a relaxing tea break or casual meet-up. The dedicated staff goes above and beyond, ensuring your experience is as delightful as the flavors they serve.

Chun Fun How 春芳號 is truly more than just a cafe; it’s a celebration of Taiwanese culture brought to London, resonating with both locals and visitors. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot for anyone eager to discover the familiar comforts of bubble tea done right.

Dainty Taiwanese bubble tea store in Victoria serving up traditional bubble tea, which I was very pleased about. It was nice to take a break away from the extravagant flavours of bubble tea that are now on the market to something more traditionalI opted for the osmanthus black tea with pearls. It had a lovely floral taste upon every sip which was what I was pleased about. Pearls are slightly firm, could be better, the only downside. My favourite bit of them all is the cup designs. So good and artisticService wasn’t necessarily friendly nor welcoming, but the staff weren’t rude. Just prompt service. Small seating area. They didn’t have a wide range of toppings to choose from, but I think to keep things traditional and simple, that’s what they opted for.Would come back for their other traditional tea options

The first time I tried bubble tea in my life was in a market in Taipei in : so when some time ago I’ve found a Taiwanese tea bubble stores in Victoria I was overjoyed!I’ve tried the black tea with aloe bubbles - some kind of tea pearls I hadn’t ever tasted before - and they remind in taste of grapes pulp, but with typical aloe texture. Very enjoyable fresh drink for the summer!Easier commute for me than to the Covent Garden heaven of bubble tea and Chinese bakeries (which arrived less than a decade ago in London, for my joy too, as I missed them from NY regional bus station area).Vegetarian options: I think it’s almost all vegetarian only!Dietary restrictions: They ask if you have any allergies or milk intolerance to make sure to not poison you

I have been walking past this place since they put the signs up for their opening. Finally got the chance to try it out after missing out on the soft opening. The staff are extremely helpful and ask for every small detail of how you would like the bubble tea (rare service to find). The bubble tea was amazing and delicious. They offer a reward system in place too, every th bubble tea is free.If you are ever in the Victoria/ parliament area do drop by.
